Treatments & Services
Our salon features three dedicated treatment rooms, two pedicure areas, a specialised spray tan room, three nail bars, and three sun beds.
Since our waxing, especially Hollywood waxing, and Indian head and Swedish massage services are always in high demand, you'll need a genuine love for providing these particular treatments.

Availability and Flexibility
In an effort to accommodate our client's schedules, our team operates seven days a week and our salon is open until 9pm on weekdays.

What will you be doing?

- Providing an exceptional standard of beauty treatments to meet client expectations.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering the highest quality of service and experience.
- Maintaining a friendly and supportive demeanour, contributing positively to the team environment.
- Effectively managing client bookings and payments via our Phorest salon system.
- Upholding an impeccable level of cleanliness throughout the salon premises.
- Diligently working towards both individual and monthly salon performance targets.
- Communicating product information accurately to fulfil client needs.

What we need from you

- A warm, confident personality who makes everyone feel special.
- Must be experienced in performing Hollywood waxing, Swedish massage, Indian head massage, and professional skin treatments.
- Comfortable carrying out waxing and massages on male clients, although our male clientele is small. Please note, we do not offer male intimate waxing.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A big, contagious smile and a team-player attitude.
- Strong computer skills and a good grasp of English—spoken and written.
- Resourcefulness and common sense.
- A sharp eye for details.
- Eager to learn about all our treatments, products, and pricing.
- Organised, able to multitask and think on your feet.
- Punctual and reliable, showing respect for everyone's time
- Consistently well-presented, reflecting the high standards of our salon.

Skills & experience required

Must-Haves:

- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
- At least 2 years experience in the industry since training at College
- Proficient in Hollywood waxing, Swedish massage, Indian head massage, and skin treatments.

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Deal Breakers!)

- Familiarity with Phorest, our salon software
- Skills in spray tanning, threading, and various lash techniques like LVL, Russian, and individual lashes are a plus!
- Pregnancy massage
- Experience in performing Dermalogica skin treatments.

Copies of certificates & two references are required

Hours

We are actively seeking an additional Beauty Therapist to join our professional team. This role is available from January 2025; however, if you're looking for an earlier start, we can discuss this.

Available Shifts: We're looking for someone to work Saturdays 8:45am - 6:00pm.

Probation Period: This role includes a 3-month probation period to ensure it's the right fit for both you and us.

Additional hours: Additional hours are available as overtime, and there may be opportunities to cover staff holiday shifts, which will be offered as needed. If you wish to work on Sundays, we have available hours on Sundays too.

Salon Opening Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 9:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am to 5:00pm

Closing Procedures: All team members contribute to the end-of-day cleaning tasks and can expect to conclude their duties no later than 30 minutes following the salon's closing time.

Career Progression: This is a permanent role, offering excellent opportunities for growth. As you build your clientele, additional working hours may become available should you desire them.
