I don't always see the same therapist and saw Mia for first time today. As with the others i've seen Mia was really friendly, professional and did a great job. I have found that every member of staff I've come across gives excellent customer service.

For the first time, I had my eyelashes done (trialing for my wedding) and after being a bit anxious, Sophie really put me at ease. She has done an amazing job. Listened to what I’m after and what I didn’t want. She was lovely to chat to and very professional. Thank you
